F&K Marine has extensive experience in managing construction and rebuild/refit projects. We act as the owners representative to assure projects are completed to the owner's expectations, within the allocated period of time and project budget.

We will solicit bids for the owner based upon a well defined set of project specifications developed in conjunction with the owner. We will analyze the bids with the owner and make recommendations for awarding the project. We also self-perform certain aspects of the project where this would prove to be a less expensive or more expeditious option. Throughout the project we document the progress with digital photographs supplementing written reports.
